Electronic (email) newsletters

To register online for our email newsletters we request the following required information: (i) name, (ii) e-mail address and (iii) organization. The provision of an e-mail address is mandatory in order to receive our newsletter. the Knowledge Institute relies on a third-party service, Mailchimp, to collect contact information and distribute our newsletters.

Contact forms

To contact the Knowledge Institute for the purposes of sharing a youth engagement, we utilize a contact form at Required information includes (i) full name, (ii) e-mail address and (iii) phone number. This information is mandatory in order to receive a response from the Knowledge Institute. The remaining information requested on the registration form is optional.

Google analytics

When someone visits we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
